FSU’s Winston tied to ’12 sexual assault case

Winston Part Of Investigation

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State freshman quarterback and Heisman Trophy candidate Jameis Winston is a part of an ongoing investigation into a sexual assault criticism filed with the Tallahassee Police Division in December 2012.

Winston’s legal professional, Tim Jansen, mentioned police contacted him in February 2013, but no costs were filed and Winston by no means has been interviewed by police.

In a press release, Florida State stated, “There isn’t any change in Jameis Winston’s status” presently.

“It was closed in February and it was then handed over to the state attorney right this moment,” Jansen said Wednesday. “We’ve been cooperating with them and we’ve equipped them with witness affidavits. We hope this case will probably be resolved rapidly in Mr. Winston’s favor.”

William Meggs, state attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, confirmed his workplace did not obtain an incident report from the Tallahassee Police Department until earlier Wednesday. Meggs, who was traveling, mentioned he only has had the report read to him by an associate over the telephone.

“We realized about the police report for the primary time right now,” Meggs mentioned. “I’ve had it learn to me. I feel the police department would have to tell you why I didn’t learn about it for the first time until immediately.”

Florida State launched a statement Wednesday saying Winston’s standing with the group has not modified. The quarterback met with reporters later without addressing the investigation.

“We’re conscious of a matter that was investigated by the Tallahassee Police Division almost a 12 months in the past,” the college said in a press release. “Because the investigation has not been closed by TPD, we can not comment further right now. We look ahead to a speedy decision of the difficulty. There is no change in Jameis Winston’s standing.”

The college was responding to a number of reviews connecting Winston to an incident on Dec. 7, 2012. In response to those studies, the Tallahassee Police Division issued the next statement: “The Tallahassee Police Department has acquired a number of requests from native and nationwide media for a case TPD obtained on December 7th, 2012, of an alleged sexual battery. The case was assigned to the Particular Victims Unit. TPD is constant its investigation and has consulted with the State Attorney as to the route of the case. A copy of the original report is connected to this electronic mail, which has been redacted to satisfy the requirements of Florida Statute 119.”

The incident report does not name Winston and describes the offender as being between 5-foot-9 and 5-11. Winston is listed by Florida State as being 6-4.

Florida State is 9-zero and currently second in the BCS standings. The Seminoles host Syracuse on Saturday.

Winston has been spectacular in his first college season, passing for 2,661 yards and 26 touchdowns.

PICK: Fresno State

#19 UCLA Bruins (6-2) @ Arizona Wildcats (6-2) 11/09- 10:00PM EST

Line: UCLA -1.0

Over/Under: 56.0

This is a tough one to call for me… I like the Bruins all around, but at only with a (minus) -1.0 favorite on the road… I would tempted to bet the points better on the over.

#20 Louisville Cardinals (7-1) @ Connecticut Huskies (0-7) 11/08- 8:30PM EST

Line: LOU -27.5

Over/Under: 49.0

#22 Arizona State Sun Devils (6-2) @ Utah Utes (4-4) 11/09- 4:00PM EST

Line: ASU -7.0

Over/Under: 64.0

Even though the Sun Devils go into Utah as the favorites, the Utes are a different team at home. It’s a toss-up for me on this one.

PICK: Pick-Em

#23 Notre Dame (7-2) @ Pittsburgh Panthers (4-4) 11/09- 8:00PM EST

Line: ND -4.0

Over/Under: 51.0

The Panthers will be ready for this one at home… I see a possible upset. I like the Panthers and the points.

PICK: Pittsburgh

#24 Wisconsin Badgers (6-2) vs. Brigham Young Cougars (6-2) 11/09- 3:30PM EST

Line: WIS -7.5

PICK: Wisconsin

#25 Texas Tech Red Raiders (7-2) vs. Kansas State Wildcats (4-4) 11/09- 12:00PM EST

Line: TTU -3.0

Over/Under: 60.0

KSU is having a down year, are on the road against a high-powered offense in Texas Tech who have lost two in a row and looking to take it out on somebody… but yet the oddsmakers have them only favored at a (minus) -3?? Give the points to KSU and take the Red Raiders.

PICK: Texas Tech

NCAA College Football Recap- #3 Florida State Spanks #7 Miami

#7 Miami Hurricanes- 14

#3 Florida St. Seminoles- 41

What was hyped as another potential “ACC Classic” battle between No. 3 Florida State and No. 7 Miami became a one-sided affair in the second half as the Seminoles blew out the Canes 41-14 to cement their position for a possible BCS Championship run.

The Seminoles (8-0, 6-0) showed their defensive might on the Canes in the second half by shutting them out and scoring 20 unanswered points to remain undefeated in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Heisman Trophy candidate Jameis Winston went 21/29 for 325 yards, one touchdown, but threw two interceptions to keep the Hurricanes (7-1, 3-1) in the game.

It’s a team that is understanding how to compete in big games and is learning to do it different ways,” Florida State Jimbo Fisher said. “We were very excited early and had to keep our emotions in check.

The second half we came out and were very physical and were able to run the football and take control. The defense was dominant. I’m just proud of the way our guys competed.

The Seminoles outgained Miami 517-275.

Just like baseball, sometimes you go out there and strike out,” said Winston. “Then you’ve got to come back and bounce back and my team really helped me through it.

I told the guys. No more turnovers and we’re going to go out there and win this game.”

We played the No. 7 team in the country and we won by 27,” Fisher said. “That’s a very good football team. “We’re just going to keep playing well and let people judge. This is a heck of a football team here.”

Miami coach Al Golden said this about the loss…

Give them credit. They made all the plays. We did not. It’s a high powered offense. They executed better than we did.”

To make matters worse.. Miami star running back Duke Johnson suffered a broken leg and is lost for the season.

Florida State has dominated three Top 25 teams they have played this season with a combined score of 155-28 and only have Florida as their only real challenge standing in their way to cap a perfect season.

Unbeaten Canes, Noles ‘gettin’ right again’

Jimbo Fisher and Al Golden have their programs again in a familiar place as unbeatens Florida State and Miami get ready for his or her showdown Saturday night in Tallahassee.

“Exhibits school soccer is gettin’ right once more,” Fisher stated.

Fisher has the No. three Seminoles (7-0, 5-0 ACC) rolling, wanting every bit like a national championship contender. But the uphill climb since replacing Bobby Bowden has been filled with rising pains.

The identical could be stated for Golden and the No. 7 Hurricanes (7-0, 3-zero), who now not have the threat of NCAA sanctions hanging over this system.

The groups are meeting as unbeatens this late in a season for the first time since 1991, when the Hurricanes received a nail-biter in Tallahassee on the best way to the college’s fourth national title in 11 seasons.

Florida State’s resurgence on the national scene is clearly additional along than Miami’s, with freshman quarterback Jameis Winston constructing a case for the Heisman Trophy.

Winston has averaged 311 yards passing per game, accomplished sixty nine.9 % of his passes and thrown for 23 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. His performance in opposition to the Hurricanes will carry loads of weight with voters who’re additionally watching quarterbacks Marcus Mariota (Oregon), Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M), AJ McCarron (Alabama) and Bryce Petty (Baylor).

The Hurricanes, listed as three-landing underdogs, counter with operating again Duke Johnson and an offensive line that averages 313 pounds per lineman. Johnson is the No. eleven rusher in the Football Bowl Subdivision, racking up 117.6 yards per sport.

“I think clearly it’s a must to be a program to graduate the variety of children that they graduated and yet be in the identical state of affairs they’re in proper now,” Golden said of the Seminoles. “We are constructing that. A lot of people are premature and saying ‘The U is back.’ The U is building. We’ve got to continue to construct.”

Fisher started 12-7 at Florida State before reeling off 26 wins in the Seminoles’ last 29 video games. Golden began 11-eleven at Miami and is 9-zero since.

Followers seem a touch happier at both locations now. Go determine.

“It is good for the state of Florida, it’s good for the ACC, and it’s good for school soccer,” Fisher stated. “I think it is good all the way around, and like I say, it is one of many great conventional rivalries within the sport, and it’s great to see each teams up there.”

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

NCAA Prediction College Football Preview/Pick- #7 Miami vs. #3 Florida St.

NCAA Picks and Predictions Miami vs. Florida St

#7 Miami Hurricanes (7-0) @ #3 Florida St. Seminoles (7-0) 11/2- 8:00PM EST

Line: FSU -22.0

Over/Under: 61.0

Easily the game of the week Saturday will feature two storied football programs fighting to get back into the national championship spotlight as No. 7 Miami Hurricanes travel into Tallahassee to battle the one of the countries best quarterbacks Jameis Winston and his No. 3 Florida State Seminoles in a classic ACC match-up that will determine which team stays in the BCS championship race.

This will be only the ninth time that Florida State (7-0, 5-0 ACC) and Miami (7-0, 3-0) have met with both sides undefeated, but both teams are doing their best to down play the game.

It’s just another game,” Miami receiver Stacy Coley said.

We’re going to prepare the same,” Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston said.

Both teams have a long history of classic battles but recently its all been one-sided as the Seminoles have dominated the last three meetings by a combined score of 101-56.

Just need to keep marching on,” Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher said. “Another great opportunity.”

Miami and Florida State may both be perfect to this point, but its been the Seminoles who have been rolling over opponents whereas Miami as struggled to keep their record unblemished against inferior teams having to rally late to win.

But as history as proved when these two teams get-together.. it doesn’t matter who’s done what?

I mean, it’s why you come to UM,” a grinning Hurricanes linebacker Denzel Perryman said. “It’s a lot of fun. You’re competing with guys you played against in high school and Pop Warner, so it’s a lot of fun.”

Miami, we’re definitely going to be ready for them and we’re going to prepare well,” Seminoles safety Terrence Brooks said. “I can’t wait. It’s going to be a big stage and that’s what we all want.”

Heisman Trophy candidate Jameis Winston agrees…

“’That’s what I came here for… just the big games and the big-game atmosphere, playing football for Florida State,” said Winston.

Redshirt freshman Jameis Winston is amongst the nations leaders in many categories and everyone has taken notice.

He’s beyond his years,” said Miami coach Al Golden. “He’s talented. He’s mature with the football. Strong arm, can move his feet, can create from a bad situation and I just think he’s excellent. Regardless of his age or year in school, he’s excellent. He’s playing really well and they’re executing at a high level.”

The hype surrounding the game as been high and both teams will be full of emotion come Saturday night.

I don’t think there’s any question we have to invest in this2 emotionally,” Golden said. “I just think as coaches we don’t have to do as much this week, because it kind of sets itself up… The rivalry, it stands by itself, to be honest with you.”

They’re going to come with it,” Winston said. “And we’ve got to come with it, too.”

And that will be the key to Miami winning… stopping Jameis Winston.

Florida State is clearly the better team and Miami will need to be perfect to have a chance.

So My Prediction for the Miami vs Florida St. Game is “see below”

Free PICK: Florida State Seminoles

FSU’s Fisher unbiased in coaches’ poll ballot

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – At some point after Florida State dropped a spot to 3rd in the newest BCS standings, head coach Jimbo Fisher mentioned he believes his Seminoles are as good as any workforce in the nation – however he did not vote them No. 1 either.

Fisher, who has a vote in the USA Right this moment Coaches Ballot, which makes up one-third of the BCS components, didn’t put FSU atop his ballot . Emotion, he said, should not determine into the choice.

“That’s a job I have,” Fisher said. “I don’t take a look at it by our workforce. You can’t let emotion get into it. It’s important to do what you suppose, from your examine, analysis, opinion and experience, the place you need to fit in that poll.”

Florida State didn’t earn any first-place votes within the latest coaches’ ballot.

Whereas Fisher didn’t reveal his full poll, he strongly advised Alabama took the top spot.

“Alabama’s been very consistent, enjoying nice protection right now, they’ve playmakers that may run the soccer, they’re very physical, and they’ve completed it and earned it for 2 years,” Fisher stated.

Fisher stated he thought Alabama and Oregon each had an edge on Florida State due to their performance in past seasons, adding that he would like no polls had been released till six or seven weeks into a season.

Florida State is 7-0 and will host No. 7 Miami this week after torching its previous three opponents by a combined 163-31. Still, that efficiency wasn’t sufficient to hold off Oregon in the latest ballot. The 2 groups flipped positions in this week’s poll, with the Seminoles now trailing the Ducks by0306 points.

In final week’s 49-17 win over NC State, Fisher sat his starters for almost all of the second half after Florida State ran up a forty two-0 halftime lead. Requested after the sport if he’d missed a chance to earn some model factors within the eyes of voters, Fisher mentioned he refused to coach based mostly on the polls.

“I’m not going to go out there and embarrass this recreation and the integrity of how you’ve got to play,” Fisher stated. “If that is the way they are going to do it, they should reevaluate. If they can’t inform we dominated that recreation early and put it away – I simply assume that is unhealthy for faculty soccer, in my opinion.”

Fisher stated he expects voters to make use of “the eye test” to gauge a staff’s performance based mostly on its style of play fairly than depend on the ultimate score.

“People watch and know while you’re playing well,” he said. “It’s essential you put together to play properly, play properly, and put an important product on the field. From that standpoint, you do must impress. But I feel that is how you win video games.”

Six teams from computerized-qualifying conferences stay undefeated, and Fisher mentioned all warrant consideration for the BCS title game at this point, however he added that he believed the remaining schedule would chop the field considerably.

“All people brings one thing totally different to the desk. You are not undefeated for no motive,” Fisher mentioned. “There’s loads of them, and it’ll type itself out.”

No. 2 Oregon passes FSU in BCS standings

Oregon has handed Florida State for the No. 2 spot in the second version of this season’s BCS standings.

Florida State was No. 2 last week and received comfortably on Saturday, but the Seminoles found themselves chasing the Geese in this week’s standings, launched Sunday night.

No. 1 Alabama barely increased its stranglehold on the top spot, whereas Florida State dropped to No. three regardless of beating NC State 49-17 on Saturday.

The Crimson Tide, ranked first by both polls used within the BCS calculations, are also listed first by four of the six computer systems. The Geese and Seminoles every lead one pc.

Ohio State remained No. 4, whereas Stanford moved up one spot to enter the highest 5.

Oregon, which beat UCLA forty two-14, has a much wider lead on the third spot than Florida State had final week. The Seminoles led by a minuscule0028 in the BCS average final week, while Oregon now enjoys a0306 benefit.

UCLA fell from No. 12 to No. 20 after the loss to Oregon.

Also dropping in this week’s standings had been two teams that suffered their first losses of the season Saturday. No. 9 Missouri dropped four spots after dropping in two overtimes to South Carolina, and No. 15 Texas Tech fell 5 spots after losing to Oklahoma.

The Sooners changed Texas Tech at No. 10 with the win, whereas the Gamecocks shot up seven spots to No. 14.

No. 6 Baylor handed Missouri and fellow unbeaten Miami, which remained No. 7 after needing a late comeback to beat Wake Forest on Saturday. No. 8 Clemson moved up one spot within the standings.

4 SEC groups are just exterior the top 10: No. eleven Auburn, No. 12 Texas A&M, No. 13 LSU and No. 14 South Carolina.

Two new Big Ten teams entered the standings this week – No. 22 Michigan State and No. 24 Wisconsin – as did Notre Dame at No. 25.

Virginia Tech, which had been No. 14 and a favorite of the computers final week, tumbled out of the highest 25 after a loss to Duke. Nebraska and Oregon State additionally fell out of the standings after losses on Saturday.

No. sixteen Fresno State and No. 17 Northern Illinois, the nation’s high two groups from outside the automated qualifying conferences, both moved up one spot from last week. Northern Illinois closed last week’s hole on the Bulldogs by about a third.

One of those schools will earn a BCS bid if it finishes in the prime 12, or if it finishes within the prime sixteen and forward of an AQ conference champion. That appears to be a strong chance this season as a result of Fresno State and Northern Illinois are both forward of the highest groups from the American Athletic Conference: No. 19 Louisville and No. 23 UCF.

The schools from the AAC, previously the Large East, are nearly invisible to the computer systems. Louisville is unranked by 5 of the six computers, while UCF is unranked by two. Meanwhile, Northern Illinois is ranked No. three by the Sagarin pc, though the highest and lowest pc rankings are thrown out of the calculations.

No. 18 Oklahoma State and Wisconsin are only within the standings because of their poll rankings. Both teams are unranked by all six computers.

NCAA Picks College Football Preview & Prediction #5 Florida St Seminoles. vs. #3 Clemson Tigers

NCAA Picks College Football Preview & Prediction #5 Florida St Seminoles. vs. #3 Clemson Tigers

#5 Florida St. (5-0) @ #3 Clemson (6-0) 10/19 8:00PM EST

Line: FSU -3.0

Over/Under: 64.0

Now that #3 Clemson Tigers survived their “catch” game last week against Boston College, they can now shift their focus to the No. 5 Florida St. Seminoles in what many are calling the biggest game in Atlantic Coast Conference history.

It may be the biggest game in ACC history. We don’t know,” said Tigers’ defensive end Vic Beasley. “But our goal is to win a national championship.”

This will be the ACC’s first top-five match-up of teams since #5 Miami and #3 Virginia Tech squared off in 2005.

Stakes will be high come Saturday night in Death Valley as both teams will be fighting to stay in contention for a BCS Championship.

Obviously, we know it’s a big game, got a lot of national relevance, conference relevance and all that,” Clemson coach Dabo Swinney said Sunday.

Florida St. (5-0, 3-0 ACC) is coming off a bye week after thrashing a Maryland football team 63-0, while Clemson (6-0, 4-0 ACC) struggled against a Boston College team, as they may have been caught looking ahead to the Seminoles.

Last year they got us, but feel I feel like we should have won. We’re looking for payback,” said Beasley.

Last year, the Seminoles rallied for a 49-37 victory against the Tigers.

Playing in Death Valley hasn’t faired well for the Seminoles, where they have not won since 2001 and are now facing a relentless Clemson defense.

I’m trying to get the ACC to give me 13 guys and give me two more lineman so we can block them,” Florida St. coach Jimbo Fisher said. “I’m serious, they bring pressure.”

Florida St. features a potent offense lead by freshman sensation and Heisman Trophy contender Jameis Winston who has led the Seminoles to an average of nearly 54 points a game.

He doesn’t look like any redshirt freshman I’ve ever seen,” Swinney said with admiration.

With an extra week to prepare against the Clemson defense, Winston says they’re ready.

They’re after our necks,” Winston said. “We beat them at our home field last year. They beat us at their home team the year before that. It’s just going to be a back and forth battle.”

Boston College coach Steve Addazio, who’s team has played both Florida St. and Clemson says this… “It will be one of the better games of the year. They both have really good defenses and both have two really good quarterbacks. Plain and simple, they are both really good football teams.”

Expect a great game, back and forth all night long, with a slight edge to the Tigers feeding off the home crowd.

Winners and Losers: Clemson misses its year bad loss – for the moment

If Clemson needs any part of the the conversation for the BCS nationwide championship, it higher hope that Saturday was its 2013 model of Clemsoning.

The Tigers struggled mightily at house towards Boston Faculty for the primary three quarters earlier than finally pulling away to win 24-14 every week before its showdown with Florida State.

If Clemson was looking ahead to the game towards the Seminoles, it is not terribly surprising. The matchup just determines control of the ACC, retains the winner in the nationwide title picture and should determine the Heisman fates of quarterbacks Tajh Boyd and Jameis Winston. So, no strain or something.

But man, did Clemson sweat. Clemsoning, a phrase we talked about after its Week 1 win against Georgia, is when a team underperforms and loses in opposition to a weaker opponent, something that the Tigers have gotten superb at. Hence the identify.

Boston Faculty match that bill as a team getting into Clemson merely seeking to be bowl eligible. But huge performs – a 38-yard landing run by Myles Willis and a sixty nine-yard landing pass from Chase Rettig to Alex Amidon – had the Eagles in front, and the opportunity of a monstrous letdown upset alive.

That was dashed with a Rettig fumble. After Boyd ran in from 6 yards out to give Clemson the lead, Vic Beasley scampered into the end zone after recovering that fumble. Game over. Menace of a massive Clemsoning over. And the matchup between two undefeated high-six teams is undamaged.

Texas Tech: If Missouri is the nation’s most shocking 6-0 staff, Texas Tech is correct behind it. The Red Raiders are legitimate contenders for second within the Massive 12 behind Baylor although Iowa State put up a struggle in Lubbock, shedding forty two-35. Whereas the ultimate score was close, Tech by no means lost the lead and Davis Webb, beginning for Baker Mayfield, who was hurt against Kansas, was a 35-of-forty six for 418 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. In case you were wondering, Tech plays Baylor in Dallas on Nov. 16.

South Florida: Welcome to the highest of the American Athletic Convention, Bulls. Yes, this is the same workforce that lost to McNeese State by 32, but after beating UConn thirteen-10 on Saturday, USF is tied with Louisville and Houston at 2-zero within the AAC. And Friday night time South Florida will get its probability at Louisville. The two-four Bulls shall be a heavy underdog, however hey, anything’s doable, proper?

Shirtless PJ Fleck: Western Michigan misplaced Saturday at dwelling 33-0 to Buffalo, however the Broncos coach took his shirt off and gave it to a scholar at a pep rally Friday night time earlier than the sport. The gesture is why Fleck is a winner, but in addition because of the arms and abs. You do not often see a coach that appears like he works out with his players. Have to be all of the rowing.

UMass: UMass notched its first win of the season with a 17-10 conquer Miami (Ohio) in the battle of winless Mid-American Conference groups. The win gave the Minutemen their second win as a member of the FBS in its second season. They defeated Akron 22-14 last November. Unfortunately, as you’ll be aware within the losers part of this post, nobody was there to see the win.

Tulane: Cairo Santos, the 2012 Lou Groza Award winner, kicked a 42-yard game-winning field goal in extra time – considered one of his 5 on the day – to present the Tulane a 36-33 win over East Carolina. It additionally gave the Inexperienced Wave 5 wins for the primary time since 2004. Since Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the Tulane soccer program has had a tough time getting back on monitor. However now it is one win away from its first bowl-eligible season since 2002. That yr, the Green Wave went 8-5 and received the Hawaii Bowl.

Doesn’t this picture completely encapsulate Nebraska’s forty four-7 throttling of Purdue? We have got Husker receiver Quincy Enunwa flying into the tip zone while Leroy Clark can solely watch along with his helmet flying off. Heck, it in all probability perfectly encapsulates the Boilermakers’s season. Purdue is 1-5 and has misplaced its last three games by a mixed ninety nine factors.

Arkansas: When the opposing coach has to specific condolences about how badly he beat you, you recognize it was a troublesome day. A 30 yards passing type of powerful day. Whereas Arkansas broke off a couple of massive runs in opposition to South Carolina in its fifty four-7 loss, quarterback Brandon Allen was just four-12 via the air for those 30 yards. After 4 straight losses, it does not get any easier for the Hogs subsequent week. They will Tuscaloosa to go to Alabama.

Bo Wallace: We’ve been here before, Bo. Before being shut out against Alabama, the Mississippi QB lobbed some trash talk within the direction of the Tide’s defensive backs and bragged his receivers had been higher than Texas A&M’s. Effectively, Ole Miss bought shut out by Alabama. After which lost to Auburn. And misplaced to A&M Saturday night time after a discipline purpose as time expired.

Wallace and Ole Miss hung with Johnny Manziel and the Aggies all night time, but after getting the ball back with three minutes to go went three and out. That set up A&M for that winning subject aim and a 3rd straight division loss for the Rebels.

Michigan: It won’t be fair to call Michigan the worst undefeated crew coming into Saturday’s game against Penn State, but they had been certainly the luckiest. Week after week the Wolverines had some well timed performs go their method, but all of that lastly caught up to them during a 43-40 4 OT loss to the Nittany Lions. Michigan kicker Brendan Gibbons missed a 52-yard area aim to win on the end of regulation after which two in extra time to assist with the loss. Many thought the Wolverines might put up a struggle for the Huge Ten title, but their schedule only gets tougher from here on out.

Crowds: We understand that the primary kickoffs of the day don’t depart a ton of time for tailgating and transportation except you get began actually early. However come on TCU.

And are available on, UMass. You won at the moment!

Pac-12 officiating: Pac-12 officiating crews have had a tough 2013. They have been reprimanded following the Wisconsin-Arizona State recreation and were questioned following last week’s Stanford-Washington end. And this week, throughout the Oregon-Washington sport, one official had no idea who on whom the penalty was referred to as. The pause drew boos from the crowd while the official consulted with one other official earlier than a different official yelled the quantity. It was, as soon as once more, not a very good look for Pac-12 officiating.
